I, Investigative Blogger Crystal Cox, say that the Seventh Day Adventist Church did not do all they could have done to prevent the children of Douglas Allison class from being Raped. They seem to have a motto of love the SINNER and not the SIN. I wonder if the have POLICY and did actual background checks on him. We know they IGNORED warnings as reports CLEARLY show.

It is my opinion that the Seventh Day Adventist Church is VERY liable to the Victims of Douglas Allison. They were given warning it seems by another congregation member, a parent as the news reports say. So why did they only question Douglas Allison? Did they check with people, churches, police, anyone in the California town he was in before? Was he ever accused of this before?

It is my personally opinion, and in no way meant to be a stated fact. But as someone who has studied alot about child molestation cases, and has this sort of behavior in my own family, and seen many victims, well I say that it is HIGHLY unlikely that a 55 year old man with this kind of access to children, has not ever molested or raped another child. I allege that there is way more victims and that the Seventh Day Adventist Church did not do ENOUGH to protect the children period. 

Ask them who their insurance carrier is. I hope the VICTIMS are suing, as the Seventh Day Adventist Church had prior knowledge and it does not seem they warned the parents and gave them a choice to remove their kids from the over friendliness that had been warned about 7 months prior to this story getting into the news. They could have prevented further harm and did not. It is my opinion and not to be legal advice, but I say the Seventh Day Adventist Church is negligent in the least.

It is important to ask, obtain , in my opinion, all their records on if they actually did a criminal background check on Douglas Allison before they hired him, before he represented their church. If they did ask to see that, in my opinion. If they did not do a background check then they they are even more liable. If the check showed anything at all and they disclosed it then their insurance rates would have went VERY high.

It is time to stand up to Christian Church schools that LOVE the SINNER and hate the SIN and IGNORE the signs of child abuse. Enough is ENOUGH. More has to be done to protect children.

I say SUE the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Why is Greg Reseck so interested in protecting a child rapist? Greg Reseck, HEAD ELDER, of Cedar Brook Adventist Church in Port Townsend "hopes" Douglas Allison is innocent of RAPING CHILDREN, but if not will still call him a friend. So he seems that Greg Reseck had a conscience at one point. He hopes the guy is innocent, but then on April 3rd, 2016, a few days later he says .. " even if he's convicted, I will still consider him my friend,"

So he hoped he was innocent but calls him a friend either way? And this is a Church Elder? Really?

The Church Did NOT address the ISSUE. 

You don't take a potential child molester aside and say hey stop hugging the kids so much. So then the guy will stop letting other adults see his actions. The CHURCH should have and could have done more and ARE, in my opinion, LIABLE in every way.

WHAT IS "MOSTLY HUGGING"? 

What else was Douglas Allison doing to those children he was to friendly too? Sure looks like MASSIVE neglect to me on the part of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Clearly they knew this man was a threat in this way and they did nothing?

Did they even check his record in California, were there past accusations?

I say you folks have SERIOUS Liability if you did not warn the children's parents so they could prudently protect their children, have that INFORMED choice.

This report on April 1st, 2016, Horrific Crimes Against Children, reports that Douglas Allison Admitted To Raping those children, yet in the article linked above, on April 3rd, you see Greg Reseck, HEAD ELDER, of Cedar Brook Adventist Church in Port Townsend proclaiming "You’re innocent until proven guilty," Greg Reseck said.  "I’d like to hope he’s innocent. Allison should have already been on Administrative Leave after the first accusations. The Seventh-Day Adventist Church is clearly negligent in my personal opinion and I personally hope they are sued for millions and next time they take this stuff seriously.

the Port Townsend Paper Mill is Poisoning Port Townsend. The SMELL of MONEY they Call It. I have not written about the Port Townsend Paper Mill in awhile. I became very discouraged at articles claiming Port Townsend Air Quality is GOOD, when it is NOT Good it is Down Right TOXIC. Discouraged at CLEARLY toxic air and a local government that CLEARLY chooses Greed and Profit over People.

The DEQ and Jefferson County Officials hide the FACTS from the public. People are sick, and they leave the area due to this sickness. Others can't leave because they are stuck in overpriced Port Townsend Real Estate, Home. These folks thought the mill would be gone by now.

Still we have positive news on the Port Townsend Paper Mill from the Port Townsend Leader. When the TRUTH is not all FLUFFY as the Port Townsend Leader makes it out to be.

We have officials such as Deborah Stimson who does not care about air quality or sound pollution as she has clearly proven. Meanwhile the actual data shows MASSIVE TOXINS, ammonia in the air and much more that is burning your lungs, harming your health and creating HUGE amounts of fine particle pollution that you and your children breath every day. Children and babies have all kinds of damage and health concerns from these fine particles of MASSIVE harmful, Toxic Pollution. Meanwhile Jefferson County is paid off by BIG MONEY from the hedge funds and corporate greed of those who own and profit from investing in the Port Townsend Paper Mill.

We have a commissioner somewhere paid off by the Paper Mill in some unknown account that will never be traced according to anonymous sources.

And we have a public who thinks the mill is the smell of money. And don't seem to care what you give up, pollute, ruin, or sacrifice for that MONEY SMELL.

Meanwhile YOU are sick and you don't why. You have low energy and you don't why. Your inner ears hurt, your throat hurts, your eyes feel funny, you feel hazy and you are not sure what it is. It is the Port Townsend Paper Mill poisoning you.

The Public at large let's Jefferson County and the City of Port Townsend flat out lie about the Mill as the Port Townsend Paper Mill pollutes MASSIVE water and you the public are to cut down on water use, as they use over 12 million gallons a day and POLLUTE the water and the Port Townsend Bay.

They Flat out LIE about what is really in the air you are breathing, and the Public, the local media outlets and the local governing body REFUSES to actually disclose the TRUTH that they know through air monitors. Instead they choose to CODDLE Greed.

I also became discouraged at Governor Inslee's carbon tax being shot down on places like the Port Townsend Paper Mill and the claims, FLAT OUT LIES, that the Port Townsend Paper Mill is not a HUGE Carbon Polluter when they clear are and Jefferson County Washington ignores it and protects 300 jobs which is actually 1% of Jefferson County. There are so many amazing people in Port Townsend that make money with clean jobs that do not harm the air, soil and water. 

The Port Townsend Paper Mill is putting massive toxins into the air. I am not saying to believe me. I am saying do your homework. Get all the documents, including the LYING bankruptcy documents of the previous mill owner, the air monitor reports that are out there, take an independent air monitor test, and find out ALL the documented facts for yourself. Don't Believe the LIES of the Port Townsend Leader, the Jefferson County Commissioners, Paid off Jefferson County Health or ANYONE. Find the FACTS for yourself. Leilani Ochoada is BELIEVED to be the VICTIM of Orlando Attorney Laurence J. Pino and I, personally, ALLEGE in conspiracy with Florida attorney Alan Rose of Mrachek Law Firm, in my OPINION.

I believe, personally and not factually, as the proven facts have yet to surface, that Leilani Ochoada is a VICTIM Of Orlando Attorney Laurence J. Pino.

Leilani Ochoada claims that PINO used her name without her permission, and he knowingly filed false information with the Florida Secretary of State, which I believe is a Felony, and that Leilani thought she was witnessing a document and claims that she would NEVER incorporate a property. And that she does not own a property in Florida and rents her home.

Leilani Ochoada claims that she has never been to nor knows anything about 7020 Lions Head Lane Boca Raton Florida or the Lions Head Land Trust Inc., as per consensual, agreed, permission granted, recorded conversations for the record.

I report on the facts to the best of my ability and of course add my opinion and flair.

With Leilani Ochoada the facts appear that she was the willing, legal incorporator of the Lions Head Land Trust Inc. In which is the deeded owner of 7020 Lions Head Lane Boca Raton, the property in which Mitch Huhem's death occurred. And the property that is involved in massive legal issues, criminal and civil, in regard to the Simon Bernstein estate case and the Shirley Bernstein estate case, as well as connected civil and criminal cases including the allegation that Simon Bernstein, then resident of 7020 Lions Head Lane Boca Raton was murdered.
When you Google Orlando Attorney Laurence J. Pino there is no shortage of Scandals, alleged criminal activity and more. Yet he is still, oddly enough, practicing law in the state of Florida. 

Leilani Ochoada claims that Orlando Attorney Laurence J. Pino asked her to witness a document about a year ago (meaning a year from approx. Feb. 18th 2016), and that where she signed this document it said witness.

She claims that she did not file a document with the state to incorporate Lions Head Land Trust Inc. and that PINO is shady, and involved in lot's of activities that are not on the up and up (I paraphrase), and so the company she worked for that had rented from PINO moved out of that building and disconnected from associated with PINO.

Leilani Ochoada also claimed that she had met Mitch Huhem a time or two when he came to PINO's Law Office.

After Leilani Ochoada was contacted and questioned about the Lions Head Land Trust Inc. in which is the deeded owner of the property located at 7020 Lions Head Lane Boca Raton, ( Feb. 18th, 2016 ) Leilani Ochoada or her current boss contacted Orlando Attorney Laurence J. Pino and asked him about the Lions Head Land Trust Inc., and asked him why he had put her name on the Articles of Incorporation and filed with the State of Florida as if she was the one incorporating the property at 7020 Lions Head Lane Boca Raton, when she had nothing to do with the property, had never been there and did not incorporate that trust.   Attorney Laurence J. Pino allegedly seemed to act like it was no big deal (more on that at a later date).

Literally days, around 5 days after Orlando Attorney Laurence J. Pino became aware that he had been FOUND OUT, it was reported by a Florida gossip website that Mitch Huhem had committed suicide at "his" Boca Raton Florida Residence 7020 Lions Head Lane. This story was not reported anywhere else and the police were very reluctant to talk about at all.

Last I heard, the Palm County Sheriff, Local Police are not even considering Mitch Huhem's Death to be a MURDER but instead a Suicide, seemingly no questions asked.

I personally believe that 
Mitch Huhem was murdered.

I also believe that Simon Bernstein, formerly of 7020 Lions Head Lane, was murdered and possibly even Shirley Bernstein. The Truth will eventually come out.

If Mitch Huhem did truly commit suicide then why?

Who pressured him, who set him up, who was he in business with that he feared that much?

And where does Deborah Huhem fit into all this?

Where is the Main Stream Media on the Mitch Huhem Case? Why is the Palm County Sheriff not putting out a press release? Why a rush to cremate though the family does not want it?

What is the Palm County Sheriff Office / Detectives doing to investigate? Well I don't believe anything as an officer Wells I believe, a supervisor on duty Monday Feb. 29th. said it was NOT a murder. So I guess they must have dusted the gun for fingerprints, looked for gun powder and all that detective work OR just called it a suicide and moved on.

The Palm County Detectives sure seem to have looked the other way on the death of Simon Bernstein and all the other related OBVIOUS crimes by local probate attorneys and Judges.

Why is there such a rush to cremate Mitchell Huhem? It seems that his wishes were to be buried in Utah in a plot he already bought. If that was not his wishes why would he have a plot there?

Why is Mitch's newest wife Deborah Huhem not allowing Mitch Huhem to be buried as he wished or his family wished?

Is there a rush to cremate in order to hide evidence?

Was there even an autopsy?

FILE a Police Report Guys. Contact the Palm County Sheriff Office, ask for the lead detective for the suicide or death at 7020 Lion Head Lane Tuesday Feb. 23.  Ask for Freedom of Information documents. File a murder report if you believe he was murdered. Sign sworn Notarized statements and put in the case file and in the report you file. Make a STAND. Clearly there is no main stream media on this, why? To protect Florida Judges, Probate Attorneys and Financial Corruption.
